I like the dealership, but right now I am feeling lost. When I bought my car there just over a year ago I was introduced to Max, who was my service advisor. Since he has left I feel like I have no one. I go in and everyone seems so busy, doesn't look uo to great anyone and there is just one big messy line. I actually don't like it but the service I received today was fine.

Didn’t have a appointment, was told it could take a while, but was in and out in less than a hour

Had an 8:30 appointment. Dropped my car off and waited for a call to let me exactly what was wrong it. 10:45 no call. I callled them and I was told that they are barely looking at it and they will call me. An hour later I got a call and was charged $125.00 to clean a sensor. Which probably took 5 minutes. I have purchased two cars from Gropetti and for them to charge me that much for something so minor boggles my mind. Don’t think I will be back. Way overpriced
